Metabolism is a network of reactions that transforms and exploits energy to fulfill physiological and cellular function. In nature, it is the best possible example of clean and efficent energy production.

We have two main lines of research: Metabolic Imaging and  Metabolic Modeling.

Our final objective is to  understand holistically the metabolism of living systems, from cells to organisms, relying on the latest technological advances in order to unlock the mysteries behind metabolic processes.
